Step 2- (15 Minutes)
A few days later I'll stop by your home or office at a time and day that is convenient to you and provide you the paper work for your refinance. And remember, most of my refinances are Free, no cost to the borrower).
Step 3- (20 Minutes)
Approximately 2 weeks later I will come back to your home or office at a time and day that is convenient to you and close your loan.
Please note: Step 2 can be scheduled at one of our offices, Greenwood Village or Wheat Ridge, and your closing, step 3 can be scheduled at the Title Company. However, I have found over the years that most of my clients prefer the convenience of having the refinance done at their home. |
